I am an educator, author, and executive leader with extensive experience in vocational education, digital learning, and organisational development. As National Assistant Director of Training for a global education organisation, I oversee national training strategy, curriculum design, and professional learning initiatives across multiple campuses.

As the author of 14 books and numerous published articles, I bring a reflective, research-informed, and creative approach to leadership and learning.
